Yaho! Step 2 is in progress.

When I attach my corner squares, I sew a 2nd seam 1/2" away so that I have oodles of bonus triangles (that I would never sew individually). I used some in this border (also used candy to finish this one up):

Thank you sewbizgirl for all the work you are putting in tot he QAL. Your directions are very clear. I was sick most of last week with that flu bug that is going around so I haven't gotten any sewing done. I am hoping to make it to the sewing room this weekend; however, it is suppose to be really nice and I think hubby wants to get out the motorcycle and do something. Maybe it will rain.
