probably why I never seem to follow directions. Was asked if I would make a quilt for the state "Red Hatter's" convention that will be in Cody. I'm going to make this same pattern I think in purples and then use a red for the "points". Just trying to think of a background color..any suggestions??

Busy ladies on here! Onaemtnest....sewbizgirl does not sleep. No time for that now! Sewbizgirl you are doing a great job on this QAL. I am loving making this quilt. and really loving using my candies. ( little bitty dent is happening! )

NoraB....what a wonderful thing you are doing making quilts for your family. I started quilting about 6 years ago just to spend more time with my mom, who has been quilting for over 35 years. I really didn't love it at the beginning. But I do now! I still quilt every Wednesday evening with my mom and a group of her (now my) friends.
Hoe everyone is enjoying the QAL I know I am.

Here is a quilt that I just finished this week. It is called a Slice n Dice. I made it with my Wednesday night quilt group.

Your quilt is beautiful!
AND, I found out there is a simpler way to upload photos than the way I told you, Barb. I just found out I didn't have my site settings right and it made it harder to post photos. Sooooo.... for the next QAL step I won't have to make multiple posts. With my settings changed I can post photos, then text, then photos, more text, etc... I'm happy to finally know how!

Jaba, your "bigger" quilt is gorgeous and has inspired me to grow mine a little bit! I am done with the 16 patches but I am having a hard time picking out a background fabric. I may post a picture and see if you all can help me choose.
