Jaba, your sunflowers look like they are dancing or blowing in the wind on a beautiful day, really well done! Ok, now how do I persuade you to send ME that gorgeous red hatter quilt, hmmm??? just kidding, really, lol!

I am astounded by the generosity of the quilters in this group, two are sending me small scraps to complete a 1.5" PSQ. I feel very blessed. Just hope I can pay it forward.
Off to naptown til the morrow!
    sisterly hugs,
    dj

Wow Jaba... you have been busy! Absolutely love the sunflowers and the red hat quilt came out beyond fantastic! I think you achieved a great balance between the red/purple, which isn't easy to do. Kudos for a job well done... hope you slept well

Thank you ladies, I'm usually not into yellow but this is a pretty good balance for me. I'll have to practice on some scrap stars to see if I can get the embroidery in them, if not it will be like it is. Am I dreaming to embroider a hat in each one after the block is already made??? Just hope the Red Hatter's will like it and it make's alot of money. Would love to see your pics of your quilt too

Two beautiful quilts, Jaba! I love the yellow in your sunflowers quilt, how it diagonals across the quilt.... The Red Hatters quilt turned out FANTASTIC. They will be bidding that one up, for sure. Go ahead and quilt the hats in the centers. That will make it really special.

Yes, we have one more short step (but it looks like you've already done it!)

I've fallen behind but I'm still in the race. As I mentioned before, mine is a UFO. It calls for 49 "X" blocks. It is going to take me a while. Thanks for the company.
