I'm envious of your fun weekend, WMUTeach! Have a ball....

I'm making a wedding veil today, and then I will start packing up my stuff for a craft fair tomorrow. Wish me luck!

    Have a great weekend, everyone.

Wholeheart Mom. your quilt is really looking good. I love purples, violets, etc. If it was me I bind it in dark purple.

This picture doesn't show the color very well, but it is a concrete-type gray with a mixture of pink, gray, white, and black metallics. I have affectionately called it "Pink Granite". Anyway, thank you Sewvbizgirl for your wonderfully fun QAL! It got me to use up a jelly roll that had been stashed away for a few years and I had a great time Can't wait for the next one!

i see the magenta looking great as binding and no border.

I mailed out candies to Sewbizgirl, Mariposa and sunrise450 today. I didn't think to put my board name on the outside of the envelope! I'm Penny T. from Ohio The postman said that postage was going DOWN, back to 47¢

Barb, your new grandbaby is precious! What a blessing.

WholeheartMom, your quilt from the jelly roll is beautiful. I love your colors! Great job!

Penny, I have never heard of postage going DOWN... ever. If that's true it will be wonderful. They need to back off the package rates, too. They took quite a jump in January. I hope you put the $.71 stamp on your birthday cards tho, or they are going to arrive postage due.

Speaking of cards, I got some today from SheriR and zozee. Thank you so much, ladies. Eight more to go and I'll have the whole lot!

    Oops, make that 7 more.

No, I had them metered. They were 93¢ because my cards were too small and the candies overlapped making them to thick.
