Oh, how sweet! This was the first time I was able to afford a "double" booth-- 10 x 20. Usually I'm crammed in to a 10 x 10. So it all looks better with plenty of room. Ironically, I had plenty of room for "booth traffic" but no traffic!

Wow! Sewbizgirl, you really had a great booth! I also wish I lived closer because I definitely would have shopped your booth! I like the crocheted sheep!!!

Showbiz, sorry to hear your booth didn't fair well. I saw several items I might have bought. Just save them for the next booth or sell on e-bay, ect. It was a lovey display.

I have an Etsy shop rather than Ebay. Thanks for you compliments!

Whoa, Sewbizgirl, you are one talented lady! What an awesome booth you had I would have spent all day and some $$ if I had been there.

Wow your "shop" looks wonderful Sewbizgirl. I have toyed with the idea of selling fabrics. How do you decide what you should carry???

    About the Splendid Sampler-
This is a year long, free activity. You get 2 6" block patterns a week. I could not commit to the 365 challenge that is around quilting blogs, but I can do this. What I enjoy is the combination of different techniques and seeing what everyone does on Facebook. Google it & check it out! No one says you have to do every block. The newest one looks hard!

Going to have to look up the Splendid Sampler, Dotty. It sounds like fun.

Barbara, as for fabrics, I just buy what I like myself, since I may be using it eventually if it doesn't sell. I have mostly prints for making children's quilts. Fabric is a sizable investment. I can't buy too much at one time. Maybe that's a good thing, LOL!

I'm going to use some of my squares to make one of these--for myself! Also maybe a smaller one for a "blessing" quilt.

I looked at this lovely top so pretty. I copied the pattern, so it's on my bucket list.
I started this pattern at my retreat this week-end. I am making the 2.5 variation, medium size and have about 1/3 finished in just one day! As so often happens, my box of 2.5 squares seems to be just a full as when I started. .

When I get the top finished....and I learn how to post a photo, I will show my results.
