Ta-da! My "Frozen" Arkansas Crossroads flimsy. It's almost 2am here, so the lighting is terrible, but the background is true white with white swirls. Lots of the fabrics have glitter and/or metallic accents.

i love it!! Those blues play great with the white for the theme. I wouldn't have thought to use larger squares for some of the centers. Perfect!

Krispy Frog, I got your candies yesterday and was really waiting to post pics to see if more arrived. Nothing today so will try to post later. Right now in the middle of baking rhubarb bread and a cobbler, gees I haven't spent this much time in the kitchen for longer than I care to admit.....probably last season Have to go show 1 of our apartments that we have vacant and hope it will be rented. I apologize for not letting you know yesterday, I had good intention and try very hard not to let "life" get in the way but it sure did this time. If I don't post tonight for sure tomorrow!!!

Wow, thanks, y'all! I had fun making it. I was going to try to sell it at my craft fairs this fall, but on a whim, I listed the top for sale on Facebook this morning. Somebody snagged it up! I don't guess I'll be quilting it, after all! LOL! Just as well, really, because my knees have been giving me fits lately, and I would've had a hard time standing at my quilting machine long enough to quilt more than a row or two. I'm glad it's going to a good home, and I'm happy with the sale price, too.

I spent the day repairing a Stinky quilt from the 80's. The man who owns it would be homeless but for a family that took him in, and the quilt is one of his few prized possessions, made for him by his mother-in-law, way back when. I swear it hasn't been washed in years, and he sleeps under it every night! I'm glad to help him out but also glad that job is over.

Tonight I'm sewing a shirt for myself. Back to my 1930's quilt blocks after that.

I mailed the other 2 packages today. Should have them in a week.

My Ak Crossroads had a snag. I need to make 9 more blocks before I can put the last border on the top. I'm debating if I want to make another 10 blocks after that. Have to wait and see. I made 81 squares so far. I'm wanting to enlarge the quilt and need to decide if I want a Kansa trouble fabric or go with a read like solid fabric. Any suggestions?
