A quick run-down of my blocks. I have a set of hand-appliqued butterflies completed. Under my needle still: beehives, firecrackers, and sail boats. Still to be pieced but cut are my birdhouses! I will post pics as soon as I complete them. Also, my plus one is finished too!

Gracefulann, like others I am looking forward to seeing your appliqué blocks. I used to belong to the Honeybees Guild in Jacksonville, FL, so I am partial to bee items. Who doesn’t like firecrackers, butterflies and sailboats?
Anyway, I am going to get blocks started once I get settled in my new home the end of February. I have started pulling fabric and cutting. I am looking forward to spring and summer in my new garden. I am even considering keeping bees. I need to learn a little more about it first and see if my yard is big enough.
