I just clicked on the Pat Sloan Sew Along and I am ready! I have so many blues and greens and well just about any color way that I am excited to start one of the Traffic Jam quilts. If I read her site correctly. on January 1 we were to pick out 2.5 " squares. Then on January 8 and 15 we get more specific directions. It is so easy that I guess I could plunge in with out more directions. Any one else joining in for this one?

I may be interested in doing Pat Sloan's Traffic Jam as a Leader Ender project. I know I have a ton of 2.5" squares, and am about to have a bunch more for my birthday this month. I'm wondering if I can pull it off in only one color way with one constant as a background. Or, brights with a solid dark constant. Or, red and white 2.5" squares, and blue as the constant.

I received three packages today with no board name on the envelope. I don't want to give out personal information on the public board.
Let's see if we can figure it out this way:

Package #1 : C. (first letter of name), V (first letter of town)
Package #2: C, F
Package #3: D, A

I was hoping to wait until my actual birthday to open the packages, but I will if I need to find a Board Name.

I will be missing in action for a bit. My cervical spine surgery is tomorrow and they expect at least a three-day hospital stay and I will have to adapt to my new normal. I will be in a hard neck collar for three months.
