I did watch the Super Bowl. First time in 12 - 15 years.I stopped when the networks switched to digital. No cable etc. Enjoyed the game and some of the commercials. Not the half time. Was at a party of adults, some of whom are quilt guild members. We played with football and commercial topics. Kept you watching. I like football but did not know anything about anyone on either team. A pleasant evening with nice folks.

I am putting JaniceMcC package in the mail tomorrow. The last one for this year's swap. I have been down with Pneumonia for the last week and a half. It took all the energy out of me. i am finally feeling a little better the past couple days. Except for the constant cough that doesn't seem to want to stop. If I talk, it just triggers it again, so I have been off work since last Thursday. Hopefully I can gt back to work in a couple days. i have been sitting at my sewing table cutting scraps for the squares for the next swap which will start in no time--so I better keep at it! Thanks for all the packages of wonderful "candy" I received for my birthday In January. It is always fun opening all the packages and finding all the fun "candy".,

I put my birthday packs in the mail on Tuesday.

Thank you all for all the beautiful candies I received. They are all sorted by color and awaiting a project! I have a couple of wedding gifts I’d like to make, I’m trying to figure out a nice placemat pattern that could be used year round. But I don’t know their color palate yet.
