2023 - Birthday Candy Swap (2.5" squares)
#1093
Reba, back in 2018 a group made the Giant Scrappy Swoon. You can find it here: https://www.quiltingboard.com/vbulle...g-t262524.html. Mine is below. It used a ton of candy squares!
I was watching a youtube video yesterday and Camille Roskelly showed the pattern "Patchwork Swoon". It is a good use of candies and really pretty: Patchwork Swoon - PDF pattern – Thimble Blossoms
Hugs all!

Hd a beautiful ,hot day, with my daughter and the grandkids.
We went to eat at this point wonderful place for brunch along with her inlaws. Her mother in laws birthday is tomorrow so we celebrated together.
Her mnl and I are friends and we would go to the French quarter the day between our birthdays every year and make the day spoiling ng ourselves. Haven't done it over he last 3 years, so it was nice to spend it together again.
Open d all the candies after getting home and just surprised with each gift.
Thank you to those whose added special surprises .
Still praying for some rain, and cooler weather, hopefully this week we'll see some.
