WMU- Thanks for that link. I want to make it.
I have tons of forever stamps so no worries about that. It seems I rarely use them these days. Thanks for the info.

Happylab's candies came in the mail today right on time! Thank you Happylab...

I spent today getting my eyes dialated. I had the opportunity to get a cavity filled at the dentist today too. I passed on being mouth numb as well as blind on my birthday!

I'll probably wait until tomorrow to open my candies. I don't know when I'll feel like looking at anything closeup today.

Yuck, Not what you expected for your birthday I am sure. Chin up and cover up the cake for tomorrow with a cup of tee and eyes that are "seeing right". At least you couldn't see what the dentist was doing. Tee-Hee-Hee! Happy birthday, again. (((Hugs)))

Wmu, love your Christmas cross quilt. An interesting way to use up scrappy pieces.

Hi all, I went to the Capital Coty quilt guild show in Mason Michigan and saw this beautiful quilt that used candies, and snapped a pic for the list. It was even better up close, hugs!

Mason..... I know Mason. Just south of Lansing MI. I used to go to a cute little quilt shop there now and again.

Reba, what a lovely quilt! Thanks for the photo and being on the look out for us at the quilt show. Did you by chance see the name of the pattern? It would be one to post here. A unique use of the 2.5's. Perhaps one of our good investigators can find the name of the pattern.

Reba, another for the list. Thanks

well I am cutting up my scraps that are piling up in those large containers. Cutting 5” squares. I can then easily cut them down when getting candy cards; or use term as is if needing a fast quilt.

    have a great weekend.
