Found this quilt online at Pinterest and tracked down the original post from 2016. This could be my next candy project. http://quiltingcrescent.blogspot.com/2016/10/?m=0 I love the color block version, third picture down.

I love Kitchen Table Quilting's patterns. I'm doing their original Plaidish pattern. Love these others for 2.5" squares too.

Oh, I already have a stack of color 9 patches with white centers. I could make that quilt!

Too many candies and patterns, and not enough time...

https://weallsew.com/st-patricks-day-wall-hanging/ if you want a pattern for 2.5" strips. But isn't this a cute wall hanging for all our green candies?

My next finish using 2.5" squares. I used 500+ squares and a pattern by Pat Sloan, Sweet Childhood Memories, #5. Finished size is 54 X70 and it will go to Project Linus. Certainly an easy pattern and since it was all from my stash a win, win.

Janice I love the simplicity of the 9-patches with the white center. Thanks for the reminder of this variation.

So many beautiful showings - Janice that blue and scrappy look - love it.
WMUTeach - love a simple chain - reminds me of fresh spring air.
Patterns - so many, so little time.

I finally finished this monster - absolutely love the simplicity of the pattern - who knew a simple 9-patch could make it. I used all the candies from last year plus more! I made it larger and put in heavier batting so this will be the winter quilt when we stay at our son's NH home.
Now to go to get a massage - my shoulders are killing me from moving this around and around and around!

    WMUTeach, love your quilt! Congratulations.

Ibex94, there certainly is a lot to see on the quilting crescent website. I could go down that rabbit hole, too. lol
