    Not really. It's sort of like a regular bike mixed with the ability to have an assist on it with five levels of assist. It uses an electric battery. You can pedal without the assist, or use one of the assist levels, you can also use a throttle if you'd just like to have the bike do the work. I found it got me moving a lot more to use this bike, and it's great on hills with the assist. You can go about 20 miles with the bike if you keep the assist on a low level.

    First, Hanji, your birthday candies are in the mail.
    Second, In my family, how we know that Spring is here is from my daughter. She has been pretty consistent since she was 2 to have a pretty bad allergy when the Spring comes around. Usually it lasts about a week and half of running nose or stuffy nose, itchy eyes and just plain old misery. Somehow she also indicates the end of summer with a week of allergy.
