I love that tip Jennr8r, it’s so easy and such a good way to make up these candies! I happened into a LQS going out of business :-( on my trip to Colorado, picked up some panels and low volume layer cakes, now my carry on is busting. But talk about happy find. I know I’ll use the panels and layer cakes and Jennr8r’s rip might be a way to use up the darks with the low volume whites. Also, love the treadle candies :-) hugs all!

I like how you choose the the back to inform the colors you use on the front/top. Lovely and oooo what nice combinations.
Like seeing some postings of progress to put our sweet little friends to use in quilt tops. Clapping hands and doing a happy dance!

Happy early birthday to Gaigin, I hope it’s a good one. I usually remember a few days ahead or a week after. So I decided a day early happy birthday is great!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy, happy birthday and enjoy your non fattening candy!!!!!!
I’m not working on on 2.5” projects, but I’m adding ideas from Pinterest to add to my list to do some day (if I live to 100, lol). Otherwise it’s fun to look at all the ideas.
