Okay ladies. The plethora of Oranges have now been safely tucked away into your respective packages and are awaiting labels and a post office run. I will let you know when they post for sure, so people can start watching their mailboxes. (Jaba, I did mail yours to your FL addy...hope it gets there!)

Positive feed back has been posted for all of you. I was even the first one to post a rating for our new on-line friend ThereseS (Crispy's sister). How fun! Hope you enjoyed your first swap, Therese!

I did post the new color for next month, and it's GREEN.

    Oh! And GO PACK GO!

College football ONLY, for us now....

Can't wait for the oranges to arrive. I have my greens all cut, just waiting to re-use my orange baggies. I just found a book I have had forever and didn't realize it was for scrap quilts from 5" squares! Perfect to find some beauties to use for these color charms.

Thank you for the feedback, Red....

Okay ladies. They are in the mail as if this morning! Whew!

Just a note. Each of you will have a tile trivet in your package. I work with a group of kids with Down's syndrome. We experiment with little craft ideas for them to do. I did one and when I showed it to their teacher she said we could modify the design and let them try. Depending on their severity, some of them were in charge of cutting, some of them were in charge of gluing, varnishing, and some put the little rubber feet on the back. They are not perfect by any means, but they were so proud when I asked them to make a number of them for our group. They thought it was cool to be making something for people they've never met. I have to say there were a number of kids that really wanted to play with that spray can of gloss varnish. One kept asking for the hair spray can. Lol. Regardless, I hope when you see it you don't look at the imperfections, but you look at the meaning behind the gift. The kids were thrilled that you would want something from them. Hope you enjoy!

Oranges, even though out of season, are on their way to mailboxes near you! Yay!!

    .....on to the greens.... 😄

Thanks for letting us know about the kids. I have worked with mentally challenged people and I think it's wonderful that you did that for them. It means a lot to them and I will be honored use my new trivet when it comes.
