I had him bring the mail and was pleasantly surprised to have two packages. I love the blues, and cant wait to put it out for all to see. Will have to show it off when i get back to work on thursday. I will get a picture and post then, as well. Cant post pics from my Nook. At least I dont know how. Lol thank you for the great package.

Wow looks like I missed a lot of chatter while I was not posting... I hope everyone received their table topper. Maybe we need some table topper angels????

OK Now I have to go and find the other board and check out the other new stuff... And btw, I hope it isn't a big deal but sometimes my "different Drummer" takes over and I end up with something I never planned on making... I am a little confused, but don't worry my tin foil has not holes in it!

Dconroy, picasa will let you shrinkidink the pics. It's free to download (http://picasa.google.com/). Once you have it installed, open the folder where you have the picture, then right click on it and click open with, then choose picasa viewer (not sure why, but I can only get the viewer), then below the pic, click edit in picasa. When you have it up, go to file, then export to folder. It'll let you pick where you want it, and it creates a new folder with just that picture in it (or pictures if you pick more than one in picasa, which you can't do until you're in the program). When the box pops up for picking the destination, below it is where to tell it what size you want. If you change it to 600, that shows perfect on here without loosing too much detail.

    I hope this helps!

I don't expect an Angel to have to pick up someone elses slack. I will move on and not give it another thought. It is nice of you Angels to step in, but that isn't necessary. I'm fine. lesson learned and moving on. Kiffie, I see you are from Texas. The internet says there is high winds and possible tornados from Texas to Michigan tonight! no thank you! But "batten down the hatches" stay safe

Hi cherrio...yep, wind howling like crazy here, and snow blowing so horizontal that visibility is not good...we do live in the country, so no wind blocks don't help matters any...I have never lived anywhere but here, so I am really used to the wind...and the storms we get in the winter and the spring/summer...I live up in the northern panhandle area of Texas...some people don't realize we get minus temps in the winter, and blizzards...and we are also in the middle of "Tornado Alley"...luckily I have only seen one tornado in real life, it was pretty far away, but not far enough!!! I love rain, but the storms, not so much!!
As far as you expecting an angel, I know you don't....but the whole point of an angel is to be unexpected, eh??.. I always joke and say I need to try and do good things every now and again to try and get some of those black marks erased that are waiting for me when Judgment Day comes...my son just says, "Mom, sounds good, but I am pretty sure it doesn't work that way...lol"..Then I tell him that if I look around and see people floating in the "Rapture" that I hope he is around, and I will just grab on to his size 13 feet!!
    Regards,
    Kif
PS And I know things can come up...but in that case I think the person should let the swap leader know asap that they aren't going to able to fulfill their commitment...and as I said before, if it was me, I would also want to send the runner I recieved to the person that I did not get theirs done...that seems fair to me...

Oh Kiffie, hang onto your socks! sounds blustery there! we in Ohio are known for our crazy ups and downs and crappy weather. This week alone it has been MINUS 6 wind chill and today-3 days later it is 58 degrees and rain. the backyard is a muddy swamp. I hate rain and dogs. those two words don't even belong in the same sentence. 4 small dogs. they have always been allowed on the furniture and since last Aug they have been sleeping in my room and 3 of them like the foot of my bed. The smallest Yorkie inches her way up to my pillow every nite. guess she feels invisable. lol I have a 14 yr old nephew with sz 15 feet. yea, glad I have all girls. stay warm! we are supposed to get snow in 2 days. geez, no wonder the flu and colds spread so well around here
