I agree with you there Linny. So many different colours and techniques - my head spins sometimes trying to take every quilt in.

Quiltmouse, that is adorable! Are those tiny 10 minute blocks? Love the bowties in the corners.

    THANK YOU!

indeed. tiny. finished block size is 3". The cut fabric blocks were 2". I used the same blocks for 2 mug rugs. I WAS going to do the doll swap quilt AND one for g-dau. They are really "fiddly" work. I got done, looked at all those cut blocks and said NO WAY am I doing any more. G-dau got 4 patch, daisy plus dots and daisy plus yellow. The dots & yellow formed diag lines. It is way cute too, and i did not have to do any more tiny 10 min blocks. whew! I saw someone else do those bow ties with the 10 min block, so I did that in the corners. (already had a pile of blocks made when I saw it.)

Shnnn's adorable doll quilt arrived today. Tonight is a late home night. I will post pic later. SEW cute!!! And a lovely D9 block. double d9 really. 9 patches of d9, and the whole thing is only 12". such precise work, and cute 30's light brights. Thank you. Shnnn!

Leslie, you beat me to the big question about quiltmouse's blocks. Sewwwwwwwww adorable.

Quiltmouse, you said they were a lot of work. If they were bigger do you think it would be easier? Just wondering for future reference. :-D

Glad you liked them. The D9P started out good then stalled for me, just couldn't decide where to go. My daughter claimed the little beauty I got from you today as soon as she walked in the door (anything she likes that is smaller than a queen size is automatically hers in her own mind, unless she likes it too, then it's a family quilt - so she gets a claim on it)

The 10 minute block is on my list- and I really love the bowtie blocks from it  at the rate I'm going I'll never make it through the list
