I love all the dq's coming in.
I to would love to be pared up with a newbie. I am still learning myself. anyone who gets one of my dq;s will see i use my backing as my binding. and it seems to work out great for me and is easy to do.
come on May i am ready!!

Dummy me!!! I sealed and mailed off my doll quilt to my partner and forgot to take a picture. This is not the first time I have done this. Hopefully my partner will take a picture when she receives it early next week!!

Lots of neat DQs coming through. So impressive! My DQ went in the mail to Tildiemae today. I'll be anxious to see how she likes it. I tried some new techniques, and learned lots. m

Isn't it wonderful to experiment? Learning new techniques and improving what I already know is part of why I fell in love with doll quilts. (And maybe because God gave me a son and I need an excuse to think about dolls!

My quilt from Aunt Janey

My new quilt came today. I just love it!! She did a lovey job with all those pieces. I love the carpenters wheel pattern and such pretty fabrics. She also sent some great fabrics and a scissor case. Thank you so much Janey, you have been a great swap partner.
