Got some sewing done today, put 2 rows of my aqua/white logcabin together.
got some candy for the nephews.
so glad my partner got her pincushion.

Raining like cats and dogs here and windy. As long as it's nice next week.

Pat I can't believe you had to go back to the school again. Hope she is doing better. Lynnie, Wish you could post a picture of your log cabin. aqua is a favorite color of mine. purple is my favorite. Today I finished my May pin cushion. My needlebook is already done too. I also finished a table runner. I need to take a picture and show it off. I think it is cute. I do my kitchen in farm scene. The new runner is a hen and eggs.Lynnie it's getting close to boarding time......

Mary it is really cute. I love it. I love all the different pattern fabrics you used on it. I was telling my dad today that I would like to have some chickens for fresh eggs. Seeing your table runner puts more ideas in my head. lol...

Dad said I needed to get my son to build me one like he has. It is so cute it's like a chicken condo. lol...He likes working with wood so he made it really pretty.

Sometimes they don't acknowledge receiving it. I had one person twice in a row and I didn't hear a peep from them or on here. If they don't like it that is fine but it would be nice to at least know they got it. But I guess that is how it goes.

Bullock, I know what you mean. it only takes a second to say thank you. I always say thank you, even if I don't like it.
But I've rec'd some nice pc from the people here.
Susan, Fresh eggs sounds nice. get an Easter egg chicken, they lay different colored eggs.

Would love to see that aqua quilt also. I want to do either an aqua/white quilt or aqua/red/white. Love those combos. Nice weather in Colorado today. The kids loved being outside again. My 3yo likes to sing the "Frozen" movie songs at the top of her voice. Glad we live (somewhat) in the country.

I may post a picture of the pincushion I made. Is that weird? I just really liked how it turned out. It's a Cathedral Window in cobalt and crimson (pincushion pal's favorite colors)...and I made a cute pin too.

Ladies thanks for the nice comments on my runner. Argentine(Angela) Thanks for letting me know you received it. I always worry that it really wasn't delivered to the right person. Susan your right that is a long long day. Lynnie the chickens that lay the pretty colored eggs lay smaller eggs. They are pretty neat though. I have Califoria whites and Rhode Island reds. So I get big brown eggs. Even from the calif whites.
