This is what I've been doing instead of a runner. It's getting late in the game.

I finished piecing the 2018 Bonnie Hunter Leader/ Ender project. I have 6" teal borders on it now too.

The stylized Escher pattern, all scraps and still no dent in my scrap pile, LOL.

Now make a runner, girl, Now!

OK I am going to commit. I love this swap and don't want to sit this one out. I don't do curves or hexies so I think I have come up with a plan that will fall under the requirement of "in any form".

Here is where I found the pattern I used to get mine started. looking at the pattern picture is deceiving. The quilt is made from 3" triangles. I adjusted my pattern to get around that. It is not a hard pattern to make even though it looks like there are 10,000 triangles. I am going to make another one using all triangles so I can use my smaller scraps.

After you get to the site, search for the pattern name Color Junction. I think it is $10.00.

I adjusted the pattern so the "arms" are 3 single pieces, a light, medium and dark, going around the center 3" triangle.

I cut scrap strips 3" wide and 9 1/2" long at the wide edge and a 60 degree cut on each end to make something that
    looks like a half hexie.

I'll post a tutorial this weekend of what I am doing with pictures.
