Robyn sorry to hear you can't join the swap for May and June but i truly understand the hardness of moving. Next week is my final move and am so tired of packing and I'm doing it all by myself Keep us up to date and let us know you are doing well. Mscupid cute tissue hankie. Saw it in the magazine and thought it had some vague instructions too. But it does look cute! Havplenty that is an awesome sale! Pictures please ! I'm with Krystyna on this one I need to stay away from all sales of fabric. My packing consisted of 5 boxes of fabric! The movers will not be happy with me

Mary, my problem is that I can always justify it as a business expense. The problem is where to put it.

yes i have that storage problem also that's why there are still things in my car trunk. all of that ultrasuede, brocades, sheers, velvets, silkies i had to pass on. there were some cottons that were buried rolls deep that we couldnt even get to. they make uniforms for companies including the casinos. where they lived i could tell they make a good living. the house was for sale also and a beauty.

i managed to talk the father into evening up a coupla pieces of brocades and he ended up giving me the sliced off pieces free. he mentioned he was surprised they sold as much fabric today as they did, over 100 yards. i bought 20 yards of fabric myself. gasp!!! there are a coupla sundresses coming in my very near future.

now i need to learn to stay off of craigslist. hmmm. i think i will jot this down as the one thing i want most on my swap template.

p.s. oooh i'm thinking of making some thread catchers outta some of the brocade. who says a thread catcher cannot be elegant? if you are my may sp and you like purple..... watchout.

I wanted to give you all an update I have heard from Airwick156 and Charles is in need of all of our prayers. He is not well at all and the veterans hospital and Drs are dragging their feet. So please send up a prayer for his healing and for Deanna who is everything to Charles. Thanks, Lori

I know he is slowly dying as his heart muscle is beginning to shut down. I know there is no hope for him and it is just a matter of time now. Between that and my family members without jobs, I have been pre-occupied. Praise the Lord, my son got a wonderful new job yesterday and my sister starts her new job Monday. Now if my daughter and BIL who are working horrible jobs can get something, I can get back to some semblance normal. Love you all.
Faye I am praying for you and your whole family. Big hugs to you.

    Time for a group hug!
I feel the same way. I truly love all the gifts that I receive. When I move I will have my own sewing room and I plan to set up a self for all my home made pincushions that I have received.
