I received my swap package from lauriejo on Easter Sunday! It was chock full of goodies: lovely brown and cream fabrics, a finger pin cushion, a tablet and pencil, a thread remover, a template, flower seeds, tea, patterns, two spanking new magazines, and a Barbie doll head pin cushion! I loved eveything and can't wait to use it all up. Barbie will be keeping me compnay in my sewing room, she and I are old friends!

I received a big box of goodies yesterday from homecaregiver, she really packed it! She sent tons of fabric in my favorite colors, several magazines, a cute set of silver S&P shakers for my collection, lots of sweets, treats for my cat, and oh lots more! Check it out.

Yesterday I received the most wonderful package from Knitette. She sent some beautiful fabric, one piece has pictures of Scotland, a blue and white Saltire flag ribbon, Bow Tucks Pattern, the cutest little flask key chain, quilting needles, flower buttons, a pencil, "lucky tattie" candy, pincushion, whiskey, heather and thistle teas, a recipe book using Scotch whiskey, Scotland Coat of Arms napkins and wonderful brochures of Scotland castles. She also included a nice letter explaining the different tartans and history of the area where she lives. Through her words, I felt like I was actually there. Thank you so much Knitette. I love everything!

I still haven't received my package, have been MIA because of DH's medical problems, would appreciate prayers, surgery on May 5th... Hope everyone had a good Easter, ours was quiet, Son was here till a week ago... really a long
couple weeks. More to come.
