I am on the bench for two reasons. I have not received my SP package and my SP has not yet acknowledged that he/she has received the package I sent him/her. I am bringing my knitting, save some lemon curd for me.

Today we returned from a week away to find my SP's package. Thank you very much, Vickie, Quilt-N-frenz,for the charms, the pear wash and the chaco liner, which I did not have and wanted very much! Also PM'ed you.

I quote the following:
Thanks sik1010... it had never occurred to me that someone would specifically request that a photo NOT be posted!
And yes... posting here and reading all the comments really is every bit as much fun as creating and receiving packages!
Just to let you know I was the one who requested that sik1010 not publish a picture and I explained to her why. She and I have been sending pms since I sent her one that her package was on the way. She is a wonderful person but she uses the pm feature which I wish more people did as I really don't have the time to read 99 pages of who is on the bench which I really don't care about. The last day to receive a package is tomorrow. I got mine today and have sent her a pm. The bench talk started before the final mail date and is still is full swing. I would have been on line if I had not received something by tomorrow. And yes I do have other things to do.
Now to explain the big secret---why would someone request that a picture not be posted. I am a stickler for rules. This is my first/last secret pal swap so I was not aware that even though there was a ten dollar limit with a (Please abide by this rule) most people do not. I didn't want anyone to think I didn't abide by the rules which they would have if a picture was posted. I. along with other things, sent a $22.00 item that I got at Hancocks. Due to their computer malfunction they were ringing the item up for $2.20. I got one for my secret pal and myself.
I rarely post to the board unless it is something for everyone. Just label me a PM
