I received my package today but don't know my person's boardname to send a PM...so THANK YOU Michele Sanford :)...I received 5 gorgeous pieces of fabric and a book of patterns with a few I'm ready to try right now LOL...may even have to give those applique dragonflies a try since they are soooo cute !!

I love the way applique looks, but the few times I've tried it, it hasn't been pretty LOL...I have seen some new methods here on the board, so maybe I will give one of them a try....just LOVE dragonflies so might have to do it :thumbup:

I got my WoNdErFuL package the other day. As I was leaving to go buy a new seam ripper because I broke mine, the mailperson came by and delivered my package that had a new seam ripper in it!!!! I was so excited!!! I got some wonderful orange fabrics for my orange quilt and not 1 but 2 coasters for my tea cups.

I am every excited about everything I got. Thank you ever so much to my friend.

My SP sent me a second package with a pin she forgot and she also send me more fabric. What an awesome surprise. Thanks Deby

WAs it a PO box. If so it is sitting at the PO waiting for a pick up. That is the only reason I can think of because I have seen that happen before.

Brenda, lovely package! The dragonfly quilt looks cute...you should give applique another try, maybe a different method than what yoy used and didn't like...even if just to make the cute quilt on the cover :-D
