Everyone's home sounds real nice. I would love to live on the ocean but if I couldn't do that I would like the river. The traffic on the river sounds great and I'd like that too. I live 35 miles south of Lake Erie and when I take a drive along the Lake Rd I pretend it's the ocean. I do miss my condo but my house is a small cape with a partially finished basement and I have lots of room for all my fabric and craft things. It sounds like I'm the only city dweller but if I go 5 miles down the road I'm in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Yesterday I was riding through Peninsula a small town right in the middle of the National Park that has stores and restaurants and the train goes through it so yesterday as I was crossing the tracks I looked to the right where the train station is and a bicycle shop and there were 4 Amish woman that had just rented bikes and were riding near the track. That was a first and they all had on purple dresses with the white hat. Now I won't be mailing mine until Sat. but I did go to yard sales with my granddaughter.

Received my chicken pincushion in the mail today!!!! It was delivered yesterday and I forgot to check my mail til this am... WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE. did not expect to receive so early in the month. ( GOT 3 goodies in the mail and NO BILLS YIPEE!!) My PC is a cute flower with chicken fabric that looks like a beautiful flower on top of a jar FULL of jelly bellys! Another yippee!!! I also received a garden themed pen matching note pad plus the extra fabric used for my PC... THANK YOU SO much LADYBUG,,, I saw the cute little Ladybug , your trade mark on the jar. SO CUTE!!!! I don't know how to post pictures, but my digital isn't working right now or i'd post a picture.

a note to Claire's pal: Accccckk! She worked very hard on your pin cushion, and it is adorable....but then I re-read your questionnaire and realized it is in your LEAST favorite color!!! I'm so sorry! I think she will win you over to this color with this pin cushion (and I don't have the heart to say "make a new one"). But she WILL include goodies in your favorite colors!

Here is a picture of what I sent Jan.. The first I a picture of what I sent, second is to show the jelly beans and LB and the 3rd is to show the EGG on top.." what came first the chicken or the EGG" my variation...
