I got an order for two more purses today like the Hamtucks ( my name for my version of the marrying of the two patterns Hampton and Bow Tucks ) in the Stonehenge Charm Warm/Cool... Everyone loves the fact that there are so many colors and you can use that purse with anything... She even paid me the full price for both of them today... I still have a Green Bay Packard's purse for the other gal to make but she doesn't need it till Christmas...

I was able to get all the pieces cut for my Block of the Month ( Embroidered Monthly pictures) June was the last month and am just getting to it... Really going to look nice will show you all when I get it done... Wanted to start myself another purse but guess that will wait...

Hope everyone is doing better, so sorry to hear of all the illness and deaths we have been have with all of us... Guess we need to just pray for each other, this is a really nice close group am so happy you welcomed me... Sending hugs to all of you... Lynnie I just love my Chickie... She is queen of my Quilt room...

I just checked the mail and look at what I got........ Are'nt they just soo cute.Thank You Karen (Klaws) She even sent fancy beaded pins, m&m's and a really cute card. Also a pot holder. I call this type of pot holder pinchers because you pinch your fingers and thumb together to use it. They are great for pulling out cookie sheets from the oven. I just love the fabric. Most everyone on here knows I have a cattle farm. We also have chickens for the eggs. So you know I love farm related items. This was a perfect swap. Love it all. Hus Mary

Lynnie,yes I read the headline on aol as I signed on tonight. So sad. I thought he was so funny and it was all so natural.I didn't read the article so I don't know what he died of. I do know a few years back he had the same open heart surgery I had. He said on t.v. that he now belonged to the "zipper club" that's exactly what the 12" scar from the surgery looks like. I will sure miss his humor. He made several really good serious movies also.May he rest in peace.

They say he took his own life and had been suffering from severe depression. What a shame. I've been suffering from depression for many years but never to the point of doing anything like that. To me, life is precious.

Like most comedians, he suffered from depression. earlier, he was involved in drugs and alcohol quite deeply. It's such a shame to have lost him, he brought humor to almost everyones life, except his own.

Tomorrow's another day, and hopefully we'll see some chickens.
