We have a little chocolatier here in Ft. Myers, and for my June secret pal, I went to purchase some locally handmade chocolates to send her and they told me NOT to try to send them because of the heat, they would melt and when they re-constituted (I think that's what she said) they wouldn't resemble what they started out as (in taste as well as in looks). So I didn't send any, but I have seen squishies with other types of chocolates, so I'll wait til winter to send the homemades to my secret pal and will send store boughts in the meantime. :) :) Chocolate...one for secret pal/ two for me....one for pal/ three for me....:) :) :)
