    It's supposed to be nice weather here today so I think I'l just practice sitting on my bench. I know it's Sunday and the postperson doesn't deliver mail but as I said the weather is nice.

    Had a great vacation although the food on those cruise lines is irrisitable and I didn't! Have gained 8lbs so will have a get in the mood day and start on the 17 day diet tomorrow. Have you tried it. i lost 12lbs in 17 days which for me is a fantastic thing so will try to lose those extra pounds as quickly as possible. So I don't want to sit on the bench eating all the goodies this month. Hopefully my package will arrive soon and I will spend my time quilting!
