I have only had 1 person sign up today I am thinking of closing the signup earlier than the 8pm I had in mind. What do you think about closing it earlier in the day? We have 153 now with 10 requesting two secret pals. So we are up to 163, making this the largest one I have done so far, this is my fourth swap.

Lori, I don't know about closing early, if someone is planning on signning up and they think they have until 8pm it might be very disappointing to find it closed. To me sometimes it seems like some folks are more likely to be the board more on weekends. But I don't really know how it flows from your side of it. Maybe you can start your process of assigning some and wait to finish at 8. Do you usually not get anyone signing up the last day?
