I sometimes get people signing up the next day after it closes, which is why I hesitate about closing it early, but this has been a longer signup than usual. To tell the truth that is why some people sent to the same people as they received from. I have even sent to 2 people because they signed up late and I could not turn them away ( my heart would not let me turn them away) and had no one to assign them to.

"Maybe you can start your process of assigning some and wait to finish at 8."

Sounds like a good idea if it will help you out!

Mary and Wanda, thanks for the welcome, I missed you all.

I would not have guessed Ohio to have the most swappers, very interesting. Thanks for the info Lori, and I agree about starting to assign partners and see if anymore sign up by 8. You are doing a great job, Lori.

I never would have either and when I think of NY, quilting was not the first thing that comes to my mind, it will be now!

Also another little bit of swapping trivia...we have approx 35 new swappers this month. By new I mean that they have not been in the last 4 months of sp swaps. Some are new to the Quilting Board and others have been here for quite a long time.
