I want to make a lap quilt like this for my son-in-law. I am using the tools and working man fabrics. I seen one on here I think. I'm going to fill in with fabrics that blend in with the tools fabric.Seems kinda easy and tricky at the same time.So I hope ya all show and tell as you go. Thanks Mary

Hey there! Congratulations! I really love the grandkids...then they become teenagers and some days I have to rethink!
You asked a bit ago if I would like the templates for the teapot mug rug, and yes, please, I sure would. I put a ring on the top of mine tonight. I have pegs over my sink and like to hang it there when I am not using it! Thanks!
I'll get one made up for you and let you know when I put it in the mail.
I got the templates cut out tonight. Tomorrow I will write up some directions and then put in the mail to you. I'll also check to see how much I have left of the Steelers fabric and send you some if you want it.

I hit the garage sales yesterday and found some really cool stuff for the September Swap. Those small cookbooks you see in the store for five bucks, I picked up for 50 cents. Whee! So if my new Pal likes to cook, she'll be getting some goodies. :)
