    I'm so in a hurry to know my partner! :lol: I can't wait to see what I NEED to gather up to make someone happy!! I should say my partner for Sept. since I'm on the Aug. thread. OOPs.

    Tsk, tsk,tsk....*shaking her head*...Mary, did NOT expect that from you!! If anyone was going to get their name first, surely it would be me...so I can get my package ready early and monitor traffic you see, it is not an easy task :lol:

    Update!!!!Dh is schedualed for surgery Sept. 20, 2011 as long as the second dr cis available that same day--one surgeon to open up the belly and move everything out of the way and the back surgeon to do the actual fusion part of the surgery--20 days and counting!!! Thanks for all the good wishes and prayers--keep em comming!!!

    It's here, it's here!!! I was gone most of the afternoon and evening, so I'm glad it was still on the porch when I got home. Ya'll are gonna be so jealous, I got two awesome squishies this month! I got my very own mug rug, and some hot chocolate for a nice healthy breakfast tomorrow. The picture is kinda dark, so I will try to list everything. Three different fabrics; a teal blender, a floral asian with gold specks, and a black & white polka dot (for DH's b&w quilt). Then some embroidery floss, stork scissors, a wooden point turner, a little flower pincushion on a spool of thread, the cutest little ruler handle, a crocheted washcloth (in the same colors as my kitchen curtains), a quilt journal, and brochures from where Kris lives! Thanks again Kris

    It is a booklet that has a place to record all the details about the quilts you make. Like the pattern, size, what fabric you used, when you made it, how you made it, and then the facing page is blank so you can add a photo.
