Aw....thanks Red for the kind words.

But let me tell you about the package I received yesterday from CatJo! She thoroughly conquered my wish list! There were luscious fat quarters, a quilt marking pen, glue pen, a clever Zipit! zipper case, a "Damnit Doll," (something to knock-around when you're mad.....very useful!) I got some Kuerig coffee, drink mixes, Quilting magazine a gold necklace and paper piecing foundation paper. I might have forgotten something, but it was quite an awesome haul! Thank you to Catjo for such a fun experience. That is what we get from this....a mysterious and fun experience!

    Crispy_Frog you are very welcome!

I received an awesome package from Verna, It was loaded with stuff. Bamboo bag handles. A bag kit, push pins, hand sanitizer, paperclips, which all these go together, as well as a sewing kit. My favorite fabrics, 1930's, and some others included with it, patterns, note pad, wristband pin collector-as I call it. The cutest homemade pocket mirror. She is making them to sell, and I would highly say you will want one for yourself or as gifts. So cute! I probably have forgotten some things, but my brain doesn't work as well as I want it to. Thanks again Verna!!!!

Verna, could you post a picture of those pocket mirrors online for all the gals to see them! Thanks!

Please add me to your prayer list tonight. I have my disability hearing tomorrow and this is my second time around. I could use all the prayers I can get. These judges in Indiana just don't like to approve for disability. Thanks Ladies!

I received a lovely package from AdeliaHartzog.

I asked for tone-on-tone and that is what I got. 6 lovely colors. I got a very unique candy I will try today. Can never have enough magazines and love the red-work book. What really got me was the lovely sewing band-aids. I love band-aids. A nail kit, a frixon pen, clips, and two turtles (I LOVE TURTLES) that went on the shelf I keep at work.

    Thank you Adelia. Well done.

Oh what a cute desk grouping! Adorable!

those bandaids are fabulous! I want some!

Can I also say the "remake" of the picture of your boys is a delight! Am envious. Always wanted four kids....only had two. I guess I get my other two when they are married.

I just opened the best SS package from our very own, top of the class, LaQuita!

She gave me all sorts of items for paper piecing (learning how now!), fabric license plates which I love, and fabric that just screams ME! So many things in there...cutest little carrying bag, patterns, and a journal to keep track of the quilts I make.

I love it! Thank you so much....you certainly went above what I would have thought you could piece together with the information I gave. Oh what am I talking about. We quilters know how to piece!!

    Thanks again, LaQuita!

The picture of my boys in yellow was always my favorite. It was taken when they were 9, 8, 5, and 3. It was the last time they let me dress them alike. Three years ago, they showed my at my work to take me to lunch. We went to the photo studio and my boys remade all the picture they had done through childhood. They call this one the choo choo train. I loved it. I will keep these pictures on my desk until I retire.
