Happy Birthday, Annie! I am sure, even if there are duplicates, we couldn't tell anyway You're potential duplication is a secret with us friends!

Thanks Red. I have a friend who says you don't need rip any mistake that can't be seen from a galloping horse. Is that true?

My favorite manta! "On a galloping horse, who's going to notice?"

I went to a Mary Mulari seminar last year and she advocates never apologizing or pointing out what you consider to be mistakes or less than perfect. I like that attitude!

Thank you all for the birthday wishes, the cute cards, the thoughtful handwritten notes, and of course the candies. You made my day a very special one!

Love all your quilts Jaba. The people who receive them will be very lucky.

Question for all of you who donate quilts. Do you wash them before donating them?

Always -- but my quilt inspectors are the kitty-cat kind

I am new at the donation thing. The quilts I make have been gifts to folks I know. But since I will not know who is receiving my donation quilts, I thought I would wash before I donate. I have a kitty and not everyone is likes kitty fur on their bed covers or snuggle quilts. I work to keep fur exposure to a very, very minimal amount but with a cat in the house, you just can't be totally fur free. In the wash, dried and into a box for mailing purrrrrposes.
