ps....WMUTeach when you are finished with all your organizing just head east on 94 for about 2 1/2 hours and come help me organize mine. (I will give you the ugly fabric)
[/QUOTE]
NO, no, no! No more Uglies!
I really just want to get enough room in my double closet to be able to put all quilting out of site when I want. The closet if full of tubs of fabric floor to the shelf then the shelf is double high in smaller tubs. I have been blessed with fabric but I keep going though the bins wondering what I still have "that" when I really do not like it. Some of this has been in my inherited stash for nearly 15 years. When you are ready to clean out....let me know I would be happy to come and help "clean out"! It is always easier when it is someone else's stuff.![Embarrassment](https://cdn.quiltingboard.com/images/smilies/redface.png)

Good luck on the cleaning WMUTeach. I just want all my UFO's done. Yes, I am part of the UFO group and I have a bout 5 that are nearly done. I had great hopes for getting several done before I broke my arm. Now that all is working normally again I need to get busy and get back to getting them finished. However, it is Row-by-Row season and my Row-by-Row quilt is my priority right now. Only 2 rows left to complete and then I an start getting it put together, quilter, and bound.

Four of the 5 July birthday packages went out yesterday, Sunday. The final will go out today. I ran out of stamps! Enjoy your Independence Day celebrations. I am going to spend my day sorting my stash and getting rid of what I really will not ever use, just don't like it. Freedom from ugly fabric, freedom from fabric that does not play well with anything and freedom from tools not used. EX: rulers with nicked corners that are no longer square! Independence from "stuff" will be my celebration!

It is now the end of the day, July 4th. I am passing on the local fireworks but to up date you on my "freedom from...." efforts today. Emptied two big totes, and two under-bed sized totes. No congratulations. Most of that was digging down to the bottom of totes and pressing scraps, cutting scraps into standard sizes that I use and combining the contents of some bins. I really have less than a shopping bag of pieces that fell into the "ugly" bag. Most of those were pieces that were to thin and just not appropriate for quilts. I was surprised how little put in the give away pile.
I also finished piecing and sandwiching a baby quilt and began laying out a new top made of scrappy half-square triangles. SOOOO scrappy! Looks good. Found the HST all ready to go in a zip-lock bag during my cleaning and sorting. Only need to make 60 more (30) and I have plenty of 5" squares ready to use. All around a good day of cleaning, quilting and of course viewing Yankee Doodle Dandy, a family tradition for July 4th.
Hope your day was wonderful and filled with good food and great friends and fireworks!

So happy to help Onaemtnest!!!<3
Thank-you Barb for asking (the power of the 'Queen B') solved the mystery and have4boys could get her credit :0) I 'cheated' and even looked inside and there wasn't any ID there so it was truly a mystery....thought it would boil down to process of elimination :0) But her majesty stepped in and the power of the throne worked! Voila!
