Looking forward doing this swap and getting to know all you ladies. Have 15 ready to go. This will be my first time in this swap. I'm excited to get started and send my first candies out.

I sure hope we get 35 swappers. It will be so much fun to receive 35 packages (of 50 candies each) for my birthday. This is my first time in this swap. Have done other swaps and am addicted to doing the 2 1/2" swaps. I like all the scrappy quilts I see made with the 2 1/2" candies. And the best part is, I just bought an AccuQuilt Go to cut the 2 1/2" candies so that will make it quick to cut them.

Made a bag today from sewbizgirl's tute using these little candies. It's the perfect size! I'm going to make some more, my daughter in laws each want one and my granddaughter's

Jaba, that's so pretty! I can't wait to make a few of those. I get carried away cutting squares now since I have the 2.5" die from Accuquilt! I still need to finish my squares for the next year, hopefully I'll get on that today.

Jaba I love the bag! can you please measure the size or take a picture of it with something like a gallon or (1/2) of milk.
I think this is going to make great gifts!

Mine measures 16 1/2"wide (from side to side), 12 1/2" high and the bottom is 8 1/4" across. Here's a pic with a gallon of milk and 2- 2 liter bottles of soda. There is still room in there.

Your bag is so cute, Jaba! Folks, this bag is EASY. I made the sample bag for the tute in one afternoon. I think I'm going to put leather straps on the next one I make. I just like the look.
