Moonrise, you are a faster sewer than I am. Love your blocks. It will be a fun quilt to be able to say "from the spring candy swap" type thing as people comment on it. Great idea!

I so wish I was making all my candies now. I found material I just love. Fabric covered in real blueberries, macaroons, lemons, raspberries, strawberries, pretzels, mixed nuts, and popcorn. I just love it. Bought .5 yards of each one. Going back for more of the lemons and blueberries and going to make me a reversible apron.

Later last week, I mailed out my packages to the last 3 May birthdays so you all should be receiving them soon.
I buy birthday cards at the $ store and make 2 vertical rows of candies with 3 piles in each row and they fit inside the card perfectly. Then I seal the envelope and put a piece of scotch tape along each edge. I stick it on the front and roll it over the edge to the back so that the top, bottom and side edges of the envelope all have some reinforcement so they should't tear. My envelopes have been costing just .70 to mail.
