Not offended here! It's so hard to read tone through the screen/written words...
I am mailing all July girls their cards today and have received an early from bj, guess she is travelling and wanted to be on time.
I got my license, signed on with a brokerage, and showed my first home this week! It was a rental and another realtor was scheduled to do it and couldn't make it, so I filled in. Got there and my lockbox key wouldn't work! So, 20 minutes in the driveway and 4 phone calls later, we got into the home. Thankfully they were very laid back and not upset by the wait... I also am running 2 open houses this weekend, so I am definitely getting busy here. This is the "busy but not making any income" time...

I still feel like a babe at heart, and I'm a wonderful 74.
Today I was getting everything ready to put in envelopes when I dropped a handful of them on the floor. Oh, what a mess! Then I had to resort everything and then restack, now I am again ready to put them in envelopes to mail in the morning. All I could do was laugh and think these things happen.

trish b, Oh! Oh! I don't even want to imagine that happening! lol It's enough of a chore to cut and stack them in the first place, without having to do it twice-- after sorting! It sounds like a nightmare of a dismantled jigsaw puzzle episode.

Just checking in, kept thinking we'd have another step for the mystery but guess that's next week. The July birthday candies have all been mailed so everyone should start receiving them soon.
