Hi Birthday ladies... I finally got my mystery blocks out and placed them in their layout. That is one complicated layout! I had to keep checking back with the diagram. Here is a picture of them all on my design wall. They look wonky because they aren't sewn yet. After this pic, I started sewing some rows together from the lower right corner. More checking, to make sure I was putting everything together right... But now that I have a full corner sewn, I just love it so much! Thank you, Barb. This is going to be the cutest quilt!

And here are some fried green tomatoes I made for the hubster and me the other night!

Hey Barb, did you make any kind of document of the whole MQ pattern (all clues)? I'd love to have it if you did. I know I will want to make this quilt again. Thank you!

Barb, I'd be interested in that mystery quilt document too!
SBG, Your picture sort of looks like how my slices of fried zucchini look. You achieved a striking contrast with your top.

I have wondered about making it bigger as well!

I knew I'd be slow on the mystery clues so I cut/pasted each of them to my own document and had it handy when I played catch-up with the reveal clue! Here is a picture of how I used my phone to keep me straight while I sewed my rows together. Today I'm adding a 4.5" border and I'll get it sandwiched for quilting. (Maybe I'll use one of my rolls of cotton batting my hubby rang home from Joann's Thursday. They had 75 yr Anniversary sale so the roll was $75. Hubby got me Two! <3)

WMUTeach......please post pictures of what you have made with your candy squares. Inspiration is a good thing!

Would you share, can you share the pattern details. Source etc. I want to use all my 2.5's this month so I can start fresh in September. Down to about 2,000. (This is a rough guess. They seem to multiply while I sleep each night.)

So far this year I have used approximately 2,800 since January! Oh goodness I just remembered an Irish Chain that used 2.5 That will put me well over 3000! Silly me!

Yeah...................so everyone got their packages to Onaemtest On Time!!!!

So I did a drawing....and the winner this time is PattyJo.

Your package is on it's way soon!

And long as you are on time with the birthday girl's package your name goes in a drawing! Keep up the good work. With only 1 birthday this month I can't imagine why we can't all be on time again!!!

All the Mystery Quilts look wonderful. It makes me so happy that you all like the pattern. I had to look at the pattern a lot while putting it together. But my is finished also.

I do not have any kind of a document file on this pattern. mostly because I have no idea how to do that.

Yes there is a larger size as well as a pattern for a baby quilt.

    The baby quilt is 42" x 50"
    Large Quilt is 94" x 102"

If you want to purchase a pattern for all the sizes you can find it at Quiltwoman.com pattern name is Zigzag 9

I bought this pattern when I went to Paducah. See I brought you all something back!

I made up a document of all the clues. So let me know if that works for you and I can post it! (alternatively you can purchase the full pattern per Barb's link).
