Well this top has been sitting about long enough to be a UFO but I finished the quilting this past week and the binding last night. I have been on the roll to use up all my birthday treats before my birthday on Tuesday. Won't meet my goal but I will keep finishing the tops I have done this 2018 year.

This one I have named "9 X 2.5" and it will be donated when the the right opportunity pops up. Two more tops are sandwiched and awaiting my quilting and finishing.

OK it is sideways and I don't know how to change it. Correct in my saved file. Technology help is needed. Thank goodness for this quilt, .... it does not matter. Tee-Hee-Hee.

SheriR, Yes, the quilt holders make the quilt look better. Love the green background! But green is my favorite color. It's so refreshing to see a background that is not the usual neutral colors. :-)
WMUTeach, Your quilting is very nice on this one! I like the light thread on the dark background.

Love all the mystery quilts coming in!!!! Makes me so happy to see the finished product! I have decided what I am going to do to finish my mystery. I will post a photo when it is completed.

WMUTeach...........you are rocking all the quilts out!!! You are amazing! I think our candy square quilts make some pretty happy quilts. Are you making a dent in you candy collection?

Other than the fun of the puzzle of a mystery quilt, I love seeing how we all use different background and end up with such unique finishes. I have 5 of those charming quilt holders too! They many any quilt look better.

Barbara, I have made a BIG "dent". Since January, I think I have used about 3000, with another 1000 or so left. Not all are from the swap but most are. I have been diligent to cut scraps from my quilts into standard sizes, including 2.5s. Three more tops, one of which is sandwiched, have been made this year. Oh, and I have a second version of our mystery partially finished, forgot about that. Tee-Hee, will it ever end? Nope and I am glad my fabric is still multiplying when I turn off the lights and close the door. It gives me lots of opportunities to share quilts with others.

I am so glad I joined this swap and have kept swapping year after year. What fun it has been! I have found a passion for these little treats. Thanks, Barbara.
