That's a lovely block KWhite. I love seeing how the blocks turn out with the different fabrics than what is pictured. I like yours better than the pictured one.
I'm sorry you can't make more than one set of blocks at this time.
:D
Way to go Omak! It's nice to have our very own cheerleader!
I'm sorry you can't join us making blocks also.
:D
We are actually supposed to have rain here for several days! Lovely since we haven't had any in about a month! I'll get lots of sewing done and watch the grass turn green again. It always amazes me how fast it greens up when the rain comes. You can almost see it grow. Hope it doesn't miss us this time.

All the blocks look so stunning!! It's so much fun seeing them all.
Anyway, my good news is All 12 blocks are DONE!! :D I tried so very hard to make them all 12 1/2 but only one actually did. :( I unsewed and tried again and again. Sorry. The rest are 1/8 larger. For me that would be okay. And someone else (sorry forgot who) said 1/8 was not too hard to adapt into the finished project, so I'm hoping everyone will be fine with that.
Okay now for my question. What do I mail the blocks in? I don't want to fold them. (or do I? :) ) I haven't done a swap before.

I'm still loving the block I'm doing, it looks fantastic done, but I'm so over making them! LOL
I'm discovering that I like the excitment of doing something new, figuring it out, and making it work. Once I've done a couple really well, I'm over it and ready to move on.
But even if I only do one a night, I'll still be done in plenty of time to post. So that's my target, I'll do one each evening then I've still got time to squeeze in something else. :-)
