I am very interested in doing this swap. Not sure what counts as an oriental print. Will have to browse the store. Might need help from the quilt police.

Below is a link to Hancock's Fabrics - they have a whole section of oriental fabrics to give you some ideas. I dont mean you must buy from this site, certainly your LQS has some also, or you may have them in your stash. This is just an easy site to get examples of oriental fabrics. I had a great time doing these blocks, actually did 2 sets because I found fabrics that I really liked and couldnt choose between them so I did both.....Beware, they are addictive and consuming!

I looked in my trash for the cut offs and found the site. www.konabay.com. I also got the name of the prints I bought. They are KOBU-37 for the flowers and KANJ-04 for the orange. Good luck.

Ok that was a mean trick to post that website of course I had to order more fabric like I don't have enough they had beautiful oriental fabrics.LOL

I know what you mean, I just saw the sale at Connecting threads and finally caved in and ordered from them. Haven't done so before, but have heard great things about the company.

I guess I will now have to check that site out THANKS DEB. By the way the last square I posted I may have to switch out one of the fabrics I thought I had enough but I dont think so.Its not the beautiful purple with the ladies on it I have enough of that one.I will post pictures when I have it figured out.
