I so want to do this, but know I would be cutting any deadline close with getting ready to move and then unpacking. Definitely want to be in the next one!!!

    Beautiful block SulaBug and Klue.

    :D :D :D
Well, you've really made great progress with your new embroidery machine. Love it, Sulabug!

Can't believe my Viking embroidery unit quit working. Guess, I better invest in a new machine, so I can catch up with you.

Here's the fabric I picked. I think I will make this block

    http://www.quilterscache.com/M/MyFav...uiltBlock.html

My yellow will read as the light and my blue will read as the dark.
    Sound okay??

Thanks! The blue is from the "quilting for a cure" line and the yellow took me forever to find today. Seems true yellow is hard to come by...

The blue came in a lighter value too. I almost got some but them I remembered my dh's warning....why on earth do you need more fabric? I bought you all of that silk in China and you still haven't used it?? It' hurt my feelings...Don't you like it??

Silly man...I have plans for the silk but not until I lose another 10 LBS!!

I just realized the blue fabric is inside out in the photo--how embarrassing. It's really much darker blue

Klue, your blocks are sooooo pretty! I love the cornflower color, so that is my favorite block (wink, wink, nudge, nudge to Colletta    ) I have to wait until Wednesday to do my fabric shopping because that is payday. I have blues, but don't have yellows that I like....Darn, I'll have to go to my favorite LQS and shop....
