It is a variation on circle of geese. I saw a picture on one of my bing picture searches, and when I scoured google and bing looking for instructions I couldn't find anything like it, so I drew it out and figured out how to do it.

Here's 2 more for me... only have 2 left to do and I'll be finished up also.

It was hard to come up with something that showed off the pretty fabric. I was going to use it in the small corners too but hubby said the cream made it look more classy...you see who got their way

I really hope folks aren't tired of the Jacob's Ladder's but dang, I found them so accommodating for for such a variety of fabric...especially when only using one or two other solids.

Kass...your circle of geese is great too...

Kass..that circle of geese block is a wonder! You never cease to amaze me here or on the facebook site.
Moonwork, love your blocks, everyone is so talented here. I also love Jacob's ladder. I'm planning on a Jacob's ladder quilt later this year.
    Kass, sent you a PM.

Thanks ladies. Those bias edges were a pain for sure w/o the stability of paper backing, but I loved the clean piecing of the structure of the block instead of all the piecing lines w/ the pp version. Now that I see it can be done w/o pp the next time I think I will draw out a pp pattern and see if construction is easier that way, I suspect it will be.

I have 3-4 blocks done for the April group but haven't gotten pictures taken yet. Have to go in for outpatient surgery tomorrow morning and cant drive for 48 hours so I should have time at home to do something, if I feel up to it. Got 3 quilts back from the quilter last week when I was off sick but didn't feel like doing anything to them as far a binding. Just don't have any drive to do anything right now. Not sure what "debreading" is but that's what they are doing tomorrow...fun fun.....BUT Ill get the blocks done in time for sure! GREAT blocks being made...sure love the flying geese!!

I think the block I made for quilt addict is missing from the pictures. Others I posted after are up, so was thinking it was an oversight.
