Oh oh, dd just called and she is suffering big time. Either her colitis is acting up or she has a tummy virus. Going to bring the three kids over here so she can have private toilet time. Blocks will have to wait again

Terriamn, love my block. I did a workshop with Norah McMeeking on Wednesday. Decided to use my BOOM fabric for inspiration so that will be medallion that I will surround with the blocks from this swap.

Going to Big Bear for the long weekend. Have my sewing machine packed and the lovely fabric from this group to work on in the evenings while watching movies.

    Happy Valentines Day.

Well decided not to make this weekend totally a sewing retreat. But I do want to try and finish my project form the workshop. We will see if the ripper holds up. it will be my first attempt at curved piecing to put the donuts together since I was doing garment sewing in high school.
