Joy! Joy!...I am loving these blocks! Thanks Terry for all the time you spent. It was not wasted! How adorable it is. I will leave the buttons up to you. It is for my Mom. I am praying that she will still be able to sit on her porch again. I have been going everyday to get her up and moving around. She is doing better...but still very confused and not wanting to be there. Hoping to be able to move her to assisted living in two weeks. Working on my blocks tonight...will go again tomorrow.

Here is my block for Moonrise. I posted it originally on the April Group Thread...duh....The photo looks more blue than purple...however, I was lucky to find a perfect match to the sample you provided. Thank you for swapping with me. I love the block you made for me.

Love all the blocks, especially the ones that were made for me! Can't wait to see them in person.

Pics of the blocks I made are in my albums here on QB.

Two more for me. Here's Elisabrat's Big T:

And this is Seasaw2mch's:

The color that appears brown isn't. It's actually a near perfect match to the orange areas in Seasaw's beautiful floral. And the other color is a yellow and gold tonal. (I think I've got to stop taking pix at night - the coloration is way off.) This is a variation of the Jacob's ladder block. I cannot seem to make enough of them! If i didn't think i'd bore you all to tears, I'd make all of mine JLs.

I surely wouldn't mind having a JL block. I love the traditional patterns.
My company has gone now, so I'm planning to start on mine today. No way was I giving up any time with my first greatgrandson! I knew I had plenty of time to get these done. It's amazing how the little ones can tire you out and rejuvinate(sp??) you at the same time. Block time!!
