I'm glad I made the middle white then. She should like having her quilt personalized. I know I would.

Joan, I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time right now. I hope those "miracle drugs" kick in soon and you're back on your feet again in your sewing room.
This block is for Terriamn's granddaughter. I hope Terriamn is having a blast on her vacation right now.

Here are three more. Finally got my WOW washed and pressed.
Libster and Elisabrat - your fabric needed to be the focus and you both got this beautiful block that I just found the pattern for. I think it highlights it well
Billi - My mind was aiming at a basket of flowers. Found this pattern and it looked really good in the book. Can't really see the baskets very well, but it is 12.5"!!!
Enjoy and everyone get well. I have been taking extra Echinacea as many are sick in the park.

Today's Block is for Jaba! "Open Window" from Quilters Cache. Hope you like it...great colors to play with. This fabric will become a wonderful baby quilt.

    Thanks for swapping with me....Bee

    Beautiful blocks ladies.

we have arrived in cloudy Mexico but it's warm, went in the ocean, had several frozen drinks and I have Internet. What more could a girl ask for. WelI would have asked for a smoother flight. My poor tummy was throwing a fit

Good Saturday afternoon fellow boomers. I had the chance to work on some blocks today. First is for our sun seeking water child Terriamn. (yes I'm envious) I had to redo this one a couple of times the colors just kept blending instead of popping out. Still not exactly what I was going for but its better with the white border than the other one I tried.
Next is Difergies I found this floral print and immediately thought of cotton candy.

TravelingGramma thanks for the great block
