Working more on my ufo..it is going fairly quickly because most of the blocks are made. There are 39 miniature blocks in it so far and I figure more than 20 people's work is included in it. I could call it a group quilt, a friendship quilt, a scrappies quilt, whatever! It holds many fond memories in those blocks. I have 3 more 12 inch blocks to make across the bottom and then I think I am done....

Blocks are due in my hands today but Bluelady's blocks are scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, March 4. I will try to ship all packages on Thursday. I'm also waiting for Elisabrat's block for NK. It will probably arrive today or tomorrow.

I so love your "storytelling" quilts! All the little blocks, inside the bigger blocks, inside the rows, inside the quilt - my favorite is the iris block.....given my attempt to create the monkey for Elisabrat, I think I would start small ....like maybe the trees.

    Love this - Bee

Difergie this is a wonderful quilt, ever time I look at it I see something new. Love how you have combined all the different blocks.

quilter let me know my quilt was 3/4 done and we will meet one night on her way home from work. Will just have to do the binding and I will have my first UFO completed. On family quilts I prefer to sew the binding to the front, flip it over and hand sew the back but for a dorm quilt I might be better off sewing both sides down by machine.

Blue Lady great blocks, love your color combinations

Thanks for asking Bee Mr Bill is still off work but is doing better after the ungodly number of tests everything is clear no infection or blood in cerebrospinal fluid, no brain abnormalities no strokes or seizures. Also No idea why he is experiencing the migraines or the severe vertigo :-( we have one last test to check on the dripping fluid but it has to be a day when he drips a significant amount and since we were given the collection vials that has not happened. talk about Murphy's law. The migraines and vertigo have somewhat subsided and the preventative meds seems to be helping. So things here are improving.

Difergie, I love your quilt and the story I keep thinking how much fun a swap is when you get an outhouse I love it. I love how you are able to take all the different blocks and components and turn it into this awesome quilt.

Bluelady the blocks are great I love mine thank you.

Terri, did you decide which block? And I can't wait to see the finished challenge good for you and your finish!

Janice, once again thank you for running this and keeping everything moving and everybody informed you're the Bestest!

I love it. My favorite is the "tongue and cheekiness" (if that is even a thing) of the cats and the fish bowl together.
