    Wow wow wow Bea betty

Here is my finished UFO. My granddaughter has not seen the quilt yet, she did pick the color. Serena is studying zoology and her fascination is the elephant. The quilt pattern has a subtle elephant theme running through it.

You ladies have done some amazing quilts. tons of work lots of love went into those. From the block making to the finished project (we all love seeing those!) you know how much pleasure we get from the process? its a fun thing to work on and then to see the end results? wow. bravo to you is all I can say. (clap clap clap clap).

I hope you do come back to the swap. I understand life gets in the way but its so much fun working on fabrics you might never have even tried before. maybe it was modern, maybe its was circles! its a learning process for everyone to play with new things. I love it. I skipped two swaps I think but had to join this one. time to get off the roost and start sewing! thank you for the opportunity to work on your blocks and for the companionship that comes along with the fun.

AHHHHHH, I'm so far behind on my UFO! I have 4 more blocks to complete for the April Boom and then I'm cracking down on that UFO. . . and the next UFO . . . and the next UFO. Hoping to have all new quilts to put in my new place in WI. . . . when I find my new place.

All to be completed by May. WHEW!!!!!!

Terriamn...its really nice to see this finished quilt...so many ideas spawn from a finished quilt. Love seeing them finished.

Amazing pix everyone! I will update the gallery when I get home.

Fyi, Bluelady's blocks haven't arrived at home yet. In fact, tracking shows it hasn't left her city, but sometimes packages show up with missing tracking info so who knows? DH said a pkg he's expecting is, and has been for several days, stuck in Nashville. Must be the weather. Maybe tomorrow? Will check in with you tomorrow or Sunday, most likely Sunday.

    Enjoy your weekend!
