    Jaba -- we were out there in July. Our son and his family live over in Green River. We had been to Cheyenne and then they moved further west (Railroad). Gosh it's a long way from Kentucky. They have deer that just roam all over their neighborhood.

    Deer here too, they go through our yard every night. Had to put a 8' fence around the garden so they wouldn't eat it. You were a long way away, Cheyenne is a 6 1/2 hour drive from here.

    Hubby commented deer hunting must not be to strenuous, just step out the door and shoot. We saw more deer in towns munching on foliage then we did in the forests. Also saw some raised gardens that were about 6 feet tall and a fence around that.

    That's the problem, they're all in town! You have to hunt like crazy where you can shoot them.

    Hello ladies;
    I'm probably the last to report in but I finally went through my blocks and I would like to thank you all for sharing your talents with me. I look forward to swapping with you all again.

    Also the pictures of home reno's vacations and deer in the yard are awesom thanks for sharing them with us.

    Morning boomers. Hoping for a bit more feedback on your boom experience. I'd like to have it wrapped up by early next week so anyone wishing to share their thoughts with me, please do so soon. Thanks!

    Hope you all are enjoying your blocks and putting together your tops! Wishful thinking on my part? Maybe. I've still got blocks from several booms back sitting waiting for me to be inspired. Oh, dear. Could be a long wait.

    Love the deer in the yard! What fun, but crazy for gardens, Jaba. So the 8 foot fence worked. I know the deer can really jump.

    Thanks for a fun swap Janice!

    Great swap. Fun to receive them at the retreat so they could be shared on the design wall. Your are doing a great job and I really don't have any suggestions for changes.

    Janice I'm sorry but I haven't even gotten to iron my blocks. One thing after another around here. Latest was I took another fall and managed to scrape myself up enough to be mighty sore.

    I really don't think I will have any suggestions. You run a great swap and try to have everyone follow the rules, that's the best a hostess can do
